jjgame reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or account closure. Standard KYC documents include a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit.

jjgame shall not be liable for: loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, or any other form of loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if jjgame had been advised of the possibility of such loss. This limitation does not apply to losses caused by jjgame's fraud or wilful misconduct.
jjgame is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays that affect a Player's ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.
jjgame may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.
In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, jjgame reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as a penalty for the breach or to offset losses caused to jjgame or other Players.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jjgame support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjgame holds its international gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through jjgame's internal complaints procedure.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jjgame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing via email and should include the Player's registered username, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue occurred, and any supporting documentation. jjgame will acknowledge a formal complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through jjgame's internal procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified in jjgame's licensing terms.
